Doug Jones had a tough time playing the Angel of Death. With his mask, he was only able to see out of the crack that was in it. On top of that, the wings he had to wear were about forty pounds. He was originally supposed to walk around the set, but after realizing that he had trouble simply standing, he was hooked up to wires and the Angel of Death floated around instead.
